$ 28,000 TO BE RETURNED TO LITTLE LEAGUE— Former Decatur Baseball League president Eric Scott Fletcher will repay $28,000 to the league as part of a current plea arrangement with district attorneys after he pleaded guilty to felony theft from the league. Fletcher pleaded guilty to theft of home $30,000 to $150,000 and paid $10,000 in advance, according to the Wise County District Attorney’sOffice The other $18,000 will be repaid over the five-year probation/deferred adjudication duration he got as part of the plea arrangement.
