The Woodlands parkrun is a FREE, weekly, timed 5k run/jog/walk that occurs every Saturday early morning. There are 55 parkruns in the United States and over 2,000 all over the world that welcome runners, walkers, strollers, and pet dogs on leashes. The Woodlands parkrun has actually been running because January 2022 and is held atSpindle Tree Jogging Trail We welcome brand-new volunteers and have a social coffee later.
