Seattle- based Teriyaki Madness will open its very first Alamo City area Thursday,Dec 29, slinging Japanese- motivated fare near the University of Texas at San Antonio, according to business authorities.
San Antonio local Daniel Gifford, a previous individual security guard-turned-catering supervisor, will run the fast-casual chain’s brand-new shop, situated at 12822 W. Interstate 10, Suite 206. Gifford ended up being a fan of the idea while residing in Las Vegas, and was motivated to bring the brand name to Texas, authorities stated.
Founded in 2003, Teriyaki Madness follows a Chipotle- esque system, dishing out made-to-order teriyaki bowls together with appetisers such as egg rolls, pot sticker labels and edamame. The brand name runs 100 stores with plans to open 15 more in Texas in between now and 2024.
Teriyaki Madness authorities weren’t instantly offered to supply running hours for the brand-new dining establishment.
