Regional Festivals Celebrate Visual Arts|Arts & Culture

While Winnsboro continues its effective 13th yearly art and white wine celebration in November, 2 other art celebrations are pop- ping up in the area. Gun Barrel City sets the phase for its very first Electric Arts Festival Friday and Saturday November 4-5 and the City of Tyler presents the Tyler Art Festival along its brick streets Saturday, November 12.

Winnsboro Art & &Wine Festival

Historic Downtown Winnsboro is an of ficial Texas cultural arts district and the Winnsboro Art & & Wine celebration is its best occasion. The celebration draws in artists from around the nation to take part in its juried occasion so consumers get the chance to satisfy and buy from quality expert artists. Artworks of numerous kinds are included– painting, pottery, glass, silk, wood, sculpture, and multimedias.

Several Texas wineries show their acclaimed white wines and provide tastings. Craft beer, specialized foods, stogies, and food truck fare are likewise offered.

Electric Arts Festival in Gun Barrel City

Tyler Art Festival

Main Street Tyler is welcoming artists to fill the downtown square at 100 Broadway Street with their works from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 12. The inaugural Tyler Art Festival includes regional artists who produce their own paintings, sculptures, pictures, fabrics, and multimedias works. Artists are needed to participate in the program. The Tyler Art Festival is a complimentary neighborhood occasion planned to draw visitors to downtown Tyler and increase presence of regional artists.
