BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – Messina Hof Winery and Resort started operations in Bryan, TX in 1977 with a single-acre speculative vineyard. Now, they are among the biggest manufacturers of 100% Texas white wines and the fourth biggest Texas winery.
The group at Messina Hof simply ended up gathering the grapes, and now it’s time for fermentation and getting whatever barreled.
