Brooke Rogan is including a brand-new pink champagne bar to her growing list of endeavors.
The 25-year-old business owner began an all-things-pink white wine trip business in Fredericksburg over 2 years ago that has actually rapidly taken control of the Hill Country winery scene.
Rogan is now broadening her pink white wine trip business, “Brooke’s Bubble Bus,” into a full-fledged champagne bar.
Drawing motivation from her journeys throughout Europe, she wishes to revive a piece of European flare to the Texas Hill Country.
” I went to Europe for a month, and I checked out all these champagne homes, all these pink dining establishments, and pink bars and chose I wished to bring a piece of that back to my consumers,” statedRogan “I desire my consumers to experience the bubble bus on a bigger scale.”
The bar will be found on Main Street in Fredericksburg and will function as the Bubble Bus’ head office.
Construction starts next week and is prepared for to be finished by Spring 2023.
