Tuesday afternoon, around 3 PM, feline members saw this suspect, Joshua Bussel, running an automobile and driving around different city streets, in offense of a suspended license.
feline members understand Bussel was desired on numerous traffic-related concerns and a felony avoiding warrant out of Franklin County.
They viewed as he parked the automobile, then entered into a house in the 500 block of North Fisher Street inKennewick Officers rapidly surrounded the house and reached the suspect.

After at first declining to exit, Bussell quit and was jailed without occurrence. He’s now dealing with an extra suspended license charge to opt for the rest of his concerns.
