Christmas break skate session
Wheels Family Skating, 814 N. 31st St., will hold a Christmas break roller-skating session from 6 to 9 p.m. today.

Academie Musique ‘Yule Ball’
Academie Musique of Central Texas will hold a Harry Potter- themed “Yule Ball” charity event at 7 p.m. on Friday,Dec 30, in the parish hall at Christ Church, 300 N.Main St in Temple.
The occasion will consist of dancing, sandwiches, starters, desserts, beer, red wine and non-alcoholic drinks, and a Harry Potter- themed image cubicle.

The Last Night New Year’s Eve gala benefiting the Ralph Wilson Youth Club will happen at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday,Dec 31, in the McLane garage at Draughon-Miller Central Texas Regional Airport, 7720 F Airport Road in Temple.
