
Jenblossom Cellars brand-new tasting space will start building in November.

Jenblossom Cellars, from Heath Family Brands, will begin construction on November 7, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. The TDLR file mentions the job is anticipated to be finished November 10, 2023, and Jenblossom Cellars marketing supervisor Heather De Laurentis informed MySA the space will open its doors to consumers in 2024.
The approximated cost for building of the 11,527-square-foot tasting space will be $3,458,100 and is explained in the filing as “two-story, non-sprinklered red wine tasting spaces and involved assistance areas and toilets.”
Until it opens in 2024, customers can still taste the vineyard’s offerings through a white wine club and by going to the website’s existing centers.
“Jenblossom Cellars is concentrated on ultra-premium, [American Viticultural Area]- driven red white wines. The white wines in the Jenblossom Cellars portfolio are emblematic of the abundant and varied terroirs from where they are sourced and intentionally picked to show the very best of the very best,” De Laurentis stated.
