The Atlantic City Police Department states,
Sergeant Christopher LoDico observed a number of people loitering in front of a company participating in a number of believed prohibited narcotics deals. One woman, Amanda Santiago, left the location after taking part in a presumed CDS deal. Santiago was visited Sergeant LoDico in the very first block ofSouth Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard and discovered to be in belongings of 2 wax folds of believed heroin. ARRESTED: Amanda Santiago, 29, of Atlantic City
CHARGES: Possession of CDS (2 counts).
All 5 were released summonses pending future court dates.
Santiago was remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility after she was discovered to have an impressive warrant for her arrest.
