What do you think about when you think about New Jersey’s most southwestern area? If you have a look at a map, you’ll see I’m describing Salem County.
Salem County’s a fascinating location. If you desire land, that’s the location to look. Not just exists still large open area down there, however it’s absolutely the most affordable land you’ll buy in the state. Now, however, there has to do with 50 acres less readily available.
NJ.com reports that 48 acres of land in the Carney’s Point area of the countywill soon have three warehouses sitting on top of it That’s all thanks to a Philadelphia- based company that took ownership of the location previously referred to as the Salem Business Center.

The offer made the Delaware River and Bay Authority over $15 million dollars. Now to be referred to as the Salem Commercial Park, there will supposedly be a lot of space for automobiles and trailers to park. There would need to be given that the storage facilities will have loads being available in and out frequently once they’re completed.
So, why Salem County? Well, obviously, South Jersey is one of the best locations in the country to establish what NJ.com described as “huge box storage facilities” compared to other populous locations in Texas andGeorgia The bottom line: it was a great financial investment for the company. So, from a company viewpoint, why not?
If it’s bound to earn money, they’re not going to keep back.
No word yet on what business the storage facilities will represent, however possibly they’ll be a Target or Amazon storage facility. Still, that’s all speculation. That info will definitely be exposed in due time.
